Students from the feeder schools should arrange into 4 teams. The list of teams are then to be sent to A.Y Jackson prior to the actual event for additional preparations. Teams will be further grouped into Groups A, B, C, which will be indicated through the colouring of the tags given to the students. This arrangement is random, and is mainly for convenience during the Olympiad.
Plan for the day
8:40 a.m.: Feeder school teams leave for A.Y. Jackson.
9:00 a.m.: Feeder school teams arrive at A.Y. Jackson. Light refreshments will be served.
Each feeder school team will be assigned an AY Jackson group leader
9:10 a.m.: Introduction to the Olympics, interactive demonstrations.
9:40 a.m.: Group A teams should proceed to Gym 1 for Event 1. Group B should proceed to Gym 2 for Event 2, and Group C goes to the library for Event 3.
9:55 a.m.: First round of activities should start.
10:40 a.m.: The first round of activities should finish. Teams are rotated:
Group A to Gym 2
Group B to the library
Group C to Gym 1
10:55 a.m.: Second round of activities.
11:40 a.m.: Second round of activities are completed. Snack will be served to all students at this time. Rotation of teams to their last activity.
11:55 p.m.: Third and final round of activities.
12:40 p.m.: Final round of activities complete. All students need to complete a feedback survey.
12:45 p.m.: Lunch will be served in the cafeteria
1:45 p.m.: Closing ceremony: demos and awards presentation.
2:30 p.m.: End of Olympics.
